Operations Director

She is the Director of Operations for Aman Coalition since 2021.
Ms. Zeidan is Responsible for managing the Operations Department (The Advocacy and Social Accountability Unit, the Awareness Raising and outreach Unit, and the Monitoring and Studies Unit) administratively, financially, and technically. She also contributes to the preparation of draft program and project proposals, and works to strengthen Aman’s oversight capabilities, engage and mobilize community support, and network with civil society institutions from all sectors and societal and institutional groups, in addition to its role in strengthening Aman’s research capabilities and networking with institutions, research centers and educational institutions, and supervising the work of Media unit in relation to the Operations Department.
She has held the position of Director of the Advocacy and Legal Guidance Center in Aman since 2008, and then became the Director of the Advocacy and Social Accountability Unit in 2013.
She worked in the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics during the period from 1999-2008 and accumulated good experience in project management, survey implementation, writing and analysis of statistical reports. Where she worked as director of the Governance and Human Rights Statistics Project, and also held the position of head of the Institutional National Accounts Division and was a member of a technical committee in a number of statistical surveys (economic, social and geographical).
